CIVIC + COMMUNITY
BRIGIDINE MINISTRY CENTRE,
Centrum Architects were engaged in 2012 to conduct a feasibility study into the renovation works required to bring the aging facilities up to the requirements of a functional community welfare centre.
The existing building, originally a school had been poorly extended and renovated multiple times over its history to the point of dysfuntion.
Centrum established the scope of a major refurbishment and in additional proposed a revolutionary solution to vastly improve the capability and appearance of the facility for a relatively small amount of additional money.
Tendered below budget, work has been completed in 2014.
